Return Policy

Earth Toys offers a no fuss 7 day return policy on all orders excluding sale items.

We do not offer Refunds for change of mind, please choose your toys with care and contact us with any questions, we are here to help!

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us within 7 days of the date of delivery for store credit of the purchase price

(no refund or exchange on our total postage cost).

Returns Process

Simply email us within 7 days of the receipt of the product to let us know you would like to return

Then post the product back to our store and we will arrange a store credit for your items.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to Earth Toys in Cairns.

Returned items must be received in original, unopened condition and packaged such that transit damage does not occur.

If goods are received in unsellable condition, then your return may not be processed. There are no returns or exchanges for products on sale.

EarthToys is not responsible for any merchandise damaged or lost via return post.

Please note – if you were sent your order as part of a free delivery offer then you will be credited for the order, less the standard delivery charge for your area.

BREAKAGES DURING DELIVERY

We check our products before dispatch to ensure they are not damaged and pack our parcels carefully to ensure safe delivery.

Occasionally damage may occur in the delivery process.

If this occurs please contact us for a replacement or refund.

Any breakages must be reported immediately – the same or next working day after arrival.

Please send us a photo of damaged product and a photo of the packaging with the shipping label

If an item arrives broken, the item may need to be returned to Earth Toys and the same replacement item will be forwarded to you.
